Where are black women in popular media?
Are black women being replaced in the media. I had never really paid attention to it before but many black women have and are becoming more vocal about pointing this problem out. There may be something to this. In videos you are seeing more women that look more Asian or exotic and in movies often the black hero is paired with a white or Hispanic woman.
