Judge Diana Johnson the first African American women to br apointed to the Surrogate Court in Brooklyn was the target of racist graffiti outside an elevator which read "Johnson is a Dumb ***ger. Mind you Judge Johnson handles probate and real estate cases so this was probably some racist walking around in a suit and tie or a business suit not some low level thug who did this cowardly crime.
