Many black children are adopted by white parents and both parties find out that even in today's society it's not easy. Now some believe that white parents should be educated on dealing with black children before being allowed to adopt them. Besides the fact that at the moment that's illegal it would lead to even less black children being adopted as it would add another hurdle to an already cumbersome  process.
